overview provied by the Council of Europe, full of links and examples. Particularly useful to get an insight into the follow-up to judgments is this
list of general measures taken to prevent new violations of the Convention. Although it was last updated in May 2006 (hopefully a new update will be made soon), it is extremely handy for cases decided before that time!
