The Scottish Human Rights Law Group has launched and is still developing a
website which contains a topical overview (including short summaries) of both ECHR cases and Scottish and other British cases concerning the ECHR. One can easily search the site through an index of ECHR provisions. A good resource and starting point for practitioners and for those interested in seeing how the ECHR is applied in national jurisdictions. Many thanks to Jonathan Mitchell, a Scottish lawyer, for pointing this out to me!
