The newest issue of the
European Human Rights Law Review (No. 1 of 2009) contains two Articles which directly deal with the ECHR. The first is a contribution by Tamar Feldman, entitled 'Indirect Victims, Direct Injury: Recognising Relatives as Victims under the European Human Rights System'. The second was written by Andreas Dimopoulos and deals with 'Intellectually Disabled Parents before the European Court of Human Rights and English Courts.'
