For readers fluent in German, there is a great resource available on the internet:
www.egmr.org. This site, managed by dr.
Marten Breuer of the University of Potsdam, is a true Fundgrube of ECHR information in German. Its main appeal lies in its extensive overview of German translations of ECHR judgments, with references to the relevant law journals: a great tool for practitioners. In addition, it contains many links to other sites and a list of ECHR handbooks in the German language. Recommended, or should I say, 'empfohlen'?
Thanks for pointing this out to me, Marten!
